Corporate or organization sponsorship

Donate money directly to the URHS.  The URHS is always looking for businesses and organizations to donate services and materials.  The URHS is a 501(c)(3) not for profit educational organization Tax ID 22-2867670.  If interested, please send an email to info@urhs.org.

Project funding

Donations are needed for the following projects.  If you wish, you may donate to specific project(s).

  • Continue the fencing of Boonton yard.  This is the highest priority with all non-specified donations going to fund this project.
  • Restoration of PRR Flatcar, in progress, needs money for painting and lettering.
  • Restoration of Reading Caboose, needs money for painting, lettering and interior work.
  • Boonton building fund for the erection of our restoration site work building.

Purchase Hickory Creek tail sign

Additional funds are required to complete this famous car.  The URHS will be selling duplicates of the 20th Century Limited cast aluminum tail signs.  The price for each will be $5,000 with the revenue dedicated to the Hickory Creek maintenance.  Each sign will be equipped with the proper lights to duplicate the aura of a lit tail sign as it appeared on the "Century".
